O'Brien wins JAC contest

Congratulations to Michael O'Brien for taking first place in this year's Joint Apprenticeship Center's open house contest. Michael, a fourth-year apprentice, represented his class well with skill, discipline and craftsmanship. As with the rest of his graduating class, we know he will represent our local INSTALL program well.
